We are currently updating our register of allergy, diabetes and asthma action plans.
If your child has medical diagnosed asthma, diabetes or allergy it is your responsibility to ensure you advise SXL Management and that you provide an up to date allergy, diabetes or asthma action plan (with a photo of your child).
Please ensure you submit your up to date allergy, diabetes or asthma plan by 30 July 2016.
If you have any concerns regarding your child’s medical requirements, please do not hesitate to discuss these with SXL Management. Your information is important and will be treated with the utmost sensitivity.
